These are the bracers I made in March of 2010 for my girlfriend’s Cammy White costume. Last weekend I decided to touch up/repair some of the cracks, this time taking pictures to document it all. I wasn’t able to take a picture of the most recent pass of the gauntlets, but to give you the full effect I included a picture of Jennifer.

“Tom” puppet for a stop-motion Christmas E-Card made in 2008

My main focus at The University of the Arts was animation, specifically Stop Motion animation. After my year in California, I had changed locations to Atlanta, GA and moved on to Motion Graphics. At one point, holiday videos were being created, and I wanted to use this as an opportunity to create a stop-motion puppet of myself and animate it.

“Chef Bear” from Anime Con Carne

My good friend Greg started running a small “convention” in a park in Van Nuys a few years back. The mascot of the convention was a bear in a chef’s outfit. I decided to create small toys he could then sell at these get togethers.

“Fishdog” 2007

After years of collecting vinyl toys created by Kid Robot and other toy companies, I wanted to make something of my own design. I sculpted the original “Fishdog” using Super Sculpey, and made a mold using Rebound-25. Upon realizing raw vinyl releases toxic fumes, I turned to Smooth-On’s series of 2-part plastics. The end result is what you see here. I love this little guy.
